Product Description
The hard alloy balls&seats valve is evolved from the traditional plug valve. Its opening and closing member is a sphere, and the purpose of opening and closing is achieved by the sphere around the axis of the valve stem. It is widely used in oil drilling and deep-sea drilling. The pump ball and ball seat of the oil pump are also the most important parts of the oil pump. Due to the harsh working environment and conditions in the oil drilling industry, usually sandy wells, heavy oil wells, and high-pressure anti-oleophobic wells contain water, various gases, waxes, sand and other highly corrosive substances. Oil pumps require Extraction of oil from formations of hundreds or even thousands of kilometers, which requires that the valve ball and valve seat have good sealing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance (after the ball and valve seat are evacuated to an absolute pressure of 0.36kgN / cm, the absolute pressure value does not change within 10s).
