Cemented carbide seals are widely used as mechanical seals, such as pumps, compressors and mixers in the oil refining industry, petrochemical plants, fertilizer machinery manufacturing industry, and pharmaceutical industry. Mechanical seal rings can withstand high temperature, high pressure and high concentration of chemical corrosion through continuous development.
Tungsten carbide material has good conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance and high density of 16 g/cm3 to 18.5 g/cm3.Cemented carbide also has very good mechanical strength, small coefficient of thermal conductivity, large expansion coefficient and elastic coefficient.
Mechanical seal ring is one of biggest important wear parts in tungsten carbide products.
We produce various types of tungsten carbide mechanical seal rings like Plain Ring, T-shape, O-shape, U- type,face seal rings and per clients requests.
